Cancelling a booking

Call or WhatsApp our booking desk with your booking reference. We confirm the cancellation in writing.

Refunds

Refunds depend on how close to check-in you cancel and on the property's own policy. We tell you the amount when you cancel and refund to the account you paid from.

If a property cancels

If a property cannot honour your booking, we offer a similar stay or a full refund.
